    4th official meeting

    Ariema, Integra Aviation and DTI meet up via online meeting due to the circumstances of the pandemic where we celebrated the accomplishments of the project and discussed the last stretch of the project before demonstrating the outcomes of HUV2.

    Data Flights

    Electric version of HUV2 drone goes airborne with the callibrated setup for the fuel-cell system.
    The last data flight is performed to create data for the tests of the fuel-cell system on the test stand.

    Curfew is lifted in Spain

    Since the end of the quarantine period in Spain, ARIEMA returns to work developing the final assembly of the HRS.

    Businesses in Denmark and in Spain are abruptly stopped as most governments in Europe and the World put in place widespread restrictions to safeguard against the Covid-19 pandemic. The Corona virus forces governments to urge employees to work from home in Denmark and forces them to do so in Spain. Thus, access to components and parts are limited and the project experiences several delays. The delays required changes to the project, why the project partners applied for a 6 months extension of the project.

    ARIEMA receives compressor

     ARIEMA receives the compressor unit for the hydrogen refueling station.
    The compressor will force the produced hydrogen into the pressurised hydrogen tanks for storage.

    PEM Stack for Refueling Station

    ARIEMA receives the PEM stack. PEM is short for Polymer Electrolyte Membrane, and the rather tongue twisting name covers the device, which will split water molecules into Hydrogen and Oxygen (From H2O to H and O - with H - hydrogen, that is, as the interesting part)

    Hydrogen Storage Tanks for the system

    DTI, Integra Aviation and ARIEMA settles upon a standardised hydrogen storage tank with reinforced caps to counter bumps and threats of tears in the most vulnerable parts of the tanks. The tanks have originally been developed as oxygen tanks for fire departments and are able to withstand high temperatures and rough handling

    3D rendered Refueling Station

    The first renderings of the two-unit hydrogen refueling station is developped as a visualisation of how the components fit into the transportation frames. The rendering is furtmermore made to demonstrate how the solution has made portable and flexible for field operations where as little weight as possible is paramount for the successful completion of delicate missions.
